Year end Yahoo excitement

Introduction

OK so last week’s efforts to find a decent “partner” for each reference listed that had problems proved to be quite the challenge, although from the limited feedback I got, it was well received. This week, I rather suspect it would be even more difficult, since it is traditionally a quiet week for new listings.

So what I think I’ll do is to first off detail this week’s dodgy lots, and then completely separately find a few auctions that I believe are worthy of your attention.

Sometime before next week’s Friday newsletter (subject to watches returning from service), I hope to be publishing an additional newsletter detailing the next three watches to be offered for sale. Once again, I will be making these watches available first to paid Substack subscribers, and offering a 5% discount for any purchases prior to making the watches available to all - might as well stick with the theme and make it for 5 days - so keep an eye on your inboxes!

First up, the usual watches from the usual suspects. These should be very familiar by now - new subscribers please do take a moment to read the earlier newsletters - and so I will simply share the lead photo of each watch, and link to the listing in the sub-header, with perhaps the briefest of comments.
