6185 8021 needs to be pristine

Agreed. I can only begin to imagine the nightmare that would be sourcing replacement or NOS parts 😰

All VFAs are rare, but the 6185 8021 is the least so. Also has the B movement which for unknown reasons other than appearing late, is less desirable. But should you find a real clean and sharp example, most any collector wouldn’t give a rat’s what teir it’s on.

Having any amount of dial corrosion is where I draw my line. Patina or clean, nothing less!
