Nope. When they started to use VFA for the quartz pieces it was redefined as standing for very fine accuracy.
The original Japanese publicity for VFA when the terminology was introduced for the mechanical movements made it very clear that it was Very Fine, Adjusted.
SBWA002, not the correct buckle. Should be a tang one. https://www.kaplans.se/sv/auktioner/4203/vara/1928331. My watch, sold last year.
